Videos are the most efficient way to speak about all that is constantly happening at a Light level. When a person on the Ascension Path knows what new Light is being activated on the Earth, from the Galactic Core of the Galaxy, via the localised portal of our Sun, we are able to absorb them into the body just like we do the rays of the sun. Light always informs, always Illuminates. And so once the Cellular Awareness has occurred, after that we need only take the steps that are aligned for us in the physical.

Light Integration is not just about meditating all day, Life always reflects in physical ways too what is shifting at a Light level. In my videos, I always illustrate using personal examples and the daily ongoings of Ascending Souls. My Path is one of Grounded Self Mastery.
